Por mejorar el tema de las luces sobre el asiento, no se apaga en ningún momento y es incómodo. El aire estaba full lo que también es molesto

The bus was very comfortable, the driving was excellent, and it left right on time — all big positives. However, the travel time was much longer than what was stated. This isn’t just a one-off: we’ve taken three different buses in Colombia, and every single time the actual travel time was around 1.5 times longer than advertised — even when there was no traffic at all.
It’s incredibly frustrating and feels dishonest, especially since it seems to be a pattern. Just be upfront about how long the journey really takes! We were supposed to arrive in Medellín around 14:00, but didn’t get there until 20:00 — losing almost a full day we had planned to spend in the city. I’ll be flying next time.

The bus itself was top quality, and the journey wen smoothly. However the bus driver was driving like a maniac. It was hard to sit still as he went way too fast, made risky manovers and was putting all passangers in danger with his driving.
