Company of responsible adult or under the recommended passenger policy: Children under five (5) years of age may not travel without the company of a responsible adult. A minor between five (5) years of age and twelve (12) years of age must travel in the company of a responsible or recommended adult, in accordance with the recommended passenger policy.
The child in arms travels without occupying a seat, on the lap of the responsible adult. If the responsible adult wishes the child in arms to occupy a seat, he/she must pay the cost of the ticket and bring an infant seat, which will be used in unoccupied seats on the bus and/or bus, other than those located near the emergency window and those where the exit of other passengers is obstructed.
A responsible adult may carry a maximum of two (2) children, in which case one of them must travel in a child seat, paying the fare.
Withdrawal with previous notice: When the passenger communicates through the Kind Line 601 4249090, or through the website that he/she will not be using the transportation service, giving previous notice until two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time for national routes, and four (4) for international routes, which gives them the right to a) rescheduling of the trip, without the renovation of the validity of the ticket, established on numeral 7.2 of the contract, and b) refund of the whole amount of the purchase. If the passenger omits to inform the decision of not traveling with the mentioned anticipation, he/she won't be able to request a refund.
Tacit Withdrawal: When the passenger is not present at the departure point thirty (30) minutes in advance on national routes, and three (3) hours for international routes before the hour indicated in the bus ticket, without previous notice of its decision of not traveling through the customer service or the website. In this case, (i) THE COMPANY can dispose freely of the bus ticket, (ii) there won't be any refund for the purchase, and (iii) the passenger can only reschedule the trip.
At the time of the trip, you must show your ID, and the bus ticket to board the bus. For this reason, you have to print the bus ticket that was sent to the mail registered at the time of the purchase.

Expreso Bolivariano does not cancel any bus ticket. Bus tickets have one (1) year validity from the day of the purchase. Reschedule can be requested by the user up to three (3) times if none of those exceed the validity time.
For children, it is necessary to also present a notarial authorization, signed by the parents allowing the trip, with their IDs attached to the document. In case of the decease of any of the parents, or if the child is only recognized by one of them, the consent of the surviving parent will be enough.
Every passenger that wants to travel with an underage kid has to pay for an extra ticket if an extra seat is being occupied. If the kid is carried in the parent's arms, they don't have to pay for a bus ticket.
